			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am increasingly grateful for the existence of Post 84, the outdoor education program, at my high school; not only for the skills I learned as a participant and then later as staff of the program, but also for the investment I made in the clothing and equipment at the time.  I&#8217;m still using most of that today, and it really is invaluable during inclement weather of the sort that Washington, DC has been experiencing over the past week or so, with more on the way later this afternoon and into tomorrow evening.</p>
